CloudMemoir
Support
CloudMemoir help, account disconnect, and privacy request instructions.
For CloudMemoir product support, privacy questions, deletion requests, or App Store inquiries, contact SouzBit, LLC at [email protected].
For technical help, include your Apple TV model, tvOS version, active cloud provider, and a short description of what happened. Never email a password, OAuth token, refresh token, CloudMemoir session token, or pairing code.
Disconnect Google Drive
To revoke CloudMemoir’s Google access and delete the linked CloudMemoir connection data:
- Open Settings in CloudMemoir on Apple TV.
- Find Google Drive under Connected Accounts.
- Select Disconnect.
- Wait for the confirmation. If CloudMemoir cannot confirm deletion, check the network connection and try again.
After successful disconnect, CloudMemoir revokes its Google grant, deletes the encrypted Google refresh token and linked broker records, removes its Apple TV session, and clears locally cached Google Drive metadata and thumbnails. Your files in Google Drive are not deleted or changed.
You may separately revoke CloudMemoir from the third-party access page in your Google Account. If you revoke access there first, contact support if the in-app disconnect cannot complete or if you need help clearing remaining CloudMemoir data.
Clear local cache
Open Settings, scroll to Storage, and select Clear Cache. This removes folder information and thumbnail files cached locally by CloudMemoir. It does not change your cloud files or disconnect an account.
Request deletion without the app
Email [email protected] with the subject “CloudMemoir deletion request.” Tell us which provider you connected and enough non-secret information to identify the request. We will acknowledge the request, explain any identity verification needed, and confirm when deletion is complete.
Do not send credentials or pairing codes. If we cannot safely associate a request with a connection, we may ask for additional verification to protect the account.
See the Privacy Policy for details about data handling, retention, and deletion.
